Prestarnyc provides a 60-day return or exchange policy and a two-year warranty for its products.
 
Return, Refund, and Exchange Information:
Prestarnyc offers a 60-day return or exchange policy. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange unused items in their original condition within 60 days of the delivery date.
 
 
 
 

60-day Return Policy Conditions:

 
  • Exchanges and refunds will be accepted within 60 days of your initial order receipt.
  • Products must be returned in new, resalable condition. Products that have been altered or damaged (scratched, broken, etc.) are not eligible and may be discarded.
  • Prestarnyc is not responsible for lost or damaged items that are not delivered to our warehouse.
  • Prestarnyc only accepts exchanges or reships of your package, but if your package is lost in transit, a refund will not be accepted.
  • Please provide us with your tracking number and include your order number and full name in the package you are returning.
      *Unauthorized items will not be accepted for return. To obtain an authorization form, please contact customer support via email at Support@Prestarnyc.com.
      *If exchanging for a different length or item, the item amount will be recalculated.
      *Paid return shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Only one return is allowed per order.
  • No returns are allowed once the item has been shipped until it has reached its destination.
About the logistics costs incurred by the return

Prestarnyc will pay for return shipping or reshipping fees in the following circumstances:

The customer receives the wrong item. (The customer must contact us within 60 days of receiving the order; otherwise, we will assume the customer has accepted the wrong item and cannot return it.)
The item is damaged or defective. (For damaged or defective items, the customer must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order.)
 
Under the following circumstances, the freight generated by the return is borne by the customer(The specific freight depends on the Courier selected by the customer when the return is shipped)
 
Personal subjective dissatisfaction, personal purchase errors in size, color, style, or other reasons caused by the buyer's personal preferences that require a refund.
At the same time, refunds for the above-mentioned reasons will incur a 25% deduction from the order amount to cover our operational costs.

2-Year Warranty Conditions:

 
Prestarnyc provides a 2-year warranty service.
If there is any problem with used goods (excluding customized items/solid gold items/final sale items) within 60 days of the delivery date, Goods provides a partial refund (shipping fees are not refunded) or resends the jewelry, and the customer pays for the reshipping and return shipping fees.
If there is any problem with used jewelry after 30 days, Prestarnyc will refund 10%-20% of the jewelry's price or provide an equal amount of coupon codes.
 
 
 

How to Return:

Please contact our service team for returning inquiry.
After the return proven, please carefully pack the item you wish to return in its original packaging and include the appropriate sales receipts and any evaluations. You are responsible for the return shipping label. Once your package is ready, please contact our customer service for more detailed information on the return address.
 
 

How long will it take to process my return?

 
We require 2-3 weeks to receive and process your return from the date of return. After processing your return, we will send you a return confirmation to the email address associated with your account. Refunds will be credited to your bank account within 2-10 business days, depending on your bank.
 

Please note that engraved and custom products can not be returned or refunded.
